Refund Policy

All DNVS products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To request a return: If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at dnvsco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.

Refunds Once your claim is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
