Processing Time All DNVS products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Times (United States) Once your order is in production, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
• Total estimated time from order to delivery: 7–15 business days

Shipping Rates

• Standard shipping: $4.99
• Free shipping on orders over $60

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays Shipping times are estimates only. DNVS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days at dnvsco@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. DNVS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
